COMPLIANCE // REGULATORY
Legal Framework
GDPR-compliant legal terms, privacy standards, and software licensing agreements governing PrimeVerLabs operations headquartered at Calle Concepción, 14, 02001 Albacete, España.
1. Privacy Policy & Data Telemetry
PrimeVerLabs ("we", "our", or "us") operates software engineering infrastructure and telemetry pipelines from our primary establishment located at Calle Concepción, 14, 02001 Albacete, España. We respect your privacy and adhere strictly to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
We collect minimal telemetry data strictly necessary for hardware rendering optimization, cluster allocation, and debugging. Data collected via contact forms or API telemetry is never sold, traded, or monetized with third parties. You hold the absolute right to request data export or erasure at any time via [email protected].
2. Terms of Service & Software Licensing
All software code bases, quantized model weights, and architectural blueprints authored and distributed by PrimeVerLabs are protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws.
Clients licensing our software modules receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to deploy compiled binaries and modular code within their designated enterprise environments. Reverse engineering of proprietary CUDA kernels or proprietary hardware enclaves is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing.
3. Cookie & Local Caching Policy
Our platform uses local caching tokens (`localStorage`) and minimal session cookies solely to preserve terminal preferences and verify consent status regarding compute telemetry.
No invasive tracking cookies, third-party advertising pixels, or cross-site behavioral profilers are deployed across any PrimeVerLabs domain or client portal.
4. Refund & Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Due to the highly specialized, bare-metal nature of custom software engineering and tensor core optimization, financial allocations are tied to dedicated engineering hours and milestone deliverables.
If an agreed SLA or technical milestone is unmet due to operational bottlenecks on our end, clients are entitled to a prorated credit review. Refund requests must be initiated within 14 days of module delivery by contacting [email protected] or calling +34 665 194 827.
